June 1 — September 30
Baby Buda .. € 600/week, €40 cleaning fee p. week due upon arrival
Buda Due ... € 900/week, €45 cleaning fee p. week due upon arrival
(Couples special discount on Buda Due: € 800. per week )
Buda Uno .. €1200/week, €50 cleaning fee p. week due upon arrival
(Uno is available on a limited basis during the summer months please enquire)
On stays longer than 1 week the cleaning fee may be is discounted.
 
September 30 — October 28
Baby Buda .. € 550/week, €40 cleaning fee p. week due upon arrival
Buda Due ... € 800/week, €45 cleaning fee p. week due upon arrival

Buda Uno .. €1000/week, €50 cleaning fee p. week due upon arrival
On stays longer than 1 week the cleaning fee may be discounted.
 
Security Deposit €200, due on arrival (Returned 14 days after departure)
This can be in the form of cash, or a check which we will hold and return after 14 days: if it is necessary to cash the check, subject to any fees we incur.
Deposit of 25% at time of reservation, payment in full 60 days prior to arrival.
 
Cancellations: from the 59th day up to the date of arrival, the deposit will be retained: after payment in full, from and up to 30 days before arrival date, 50% fee will be retained: from and up to 15 days prior, 100% fee will be retained. If the property can be relet for the entire cancelled period, the deposit will be entirely refunded minus handling fee of 5%.
 
What to bring to Buda: Arrive with bottled water, our well water is good for cooking and bathing but not drinking. Please bring pool towels & bath caps for long hair.
 
Provided: TV, CD/radio/tape player - if you would like to bring your music or videos, otherwise we have movies to borrow. Basic food items provided: sugar, salt, flour, rice, oil, vinegar, roll toilet paper. Our olive oil is for available for purchase. Wireless internet usually available, depending on weather conditions and Telecom.
